Mention your registered mobile number and email ID used in the Ekwiti app.
Upon verification of your identity, we will process your request and permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 7 working days.
Please note:

Data required for regulatory or legal compliance may be retained as per applicable laws.

Once deleted, account access cannot be restored.
